Is everything still working?
Yes. Everything works normally once you install manually. Your syncing, your data, all of it — fully functional.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. All your contacts, notes, and sync history live in your HubSpot system, not the extension. Nothing has been lost.
Can LinkedHub fully function without the Chrome Web Store?
Yes, completely. The Chrome Store is just a distribution channel — it has nothing to do with how LinkedHub works. Everything you rely on continues to function exactly as it always has.
Will LinkedHub continue to receive updates outside of the Chrome Store?
Yes. We can ship updates, improvements and new features entirely outside of the Chrome Store. You won't miss a thing.
If LinkedHub resumes using the Chrome Store, do I need to reinstall?
No. If we return to the Chrome Store as our distribution channel, you'll have the option to switch over — but it won't be required. Your current installation will keep working either way.
What's the situation with the Chrome Web Store?
Our extension was suspended without warning. We're actively investigating, and if returning to the Chrome Store is the right path, we will pursue it. Either way, LinkedHub is not going anywhere.
